Payment Policy

Effective Date: January 01, 2024
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to APPUPNEXT. This Payment Policy explains the payment terms and conditions applicable to our software development, website development, e-commerce solutions, digital products, subscriptions, and other IT business services.

APPUPNEXT provides digital solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations worldwide. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the payment terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, package description, or written agreement.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to payments for services and products provided by APPUPNEXT, including:

  • Website design and development.

  • E-commerce website development.

  • Custom software and web applications.

  • SaaS platforms and automation solutions.

  • AI-based services and integrations.

  • Website themes, templates, and digital products.

  • Domain registration and web hosting.

  • Website maintenance, customization, and technical support.

  • Other services agreed upon in writing.

Additional payment terms may apply to specific products, subscriptions, or projects.

3. Pricing and Quotations

All prices will be communicated through the applicable quotation, package page, invoice, or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation may specify:

  • Project development charges.

  • Domain registration and renewal fees.

  • Hosting and server charges.

  • Third-party software, plugin, API, or license fees.

  • Customization and additional feature charges.

  • Maintenance, support, or subscription fees.

  • Applicable taxes and other mandatory charges.

A quotation is subject to its stated validity period and conditions. Any change in project scope may require a revised quotation.

4. Advance Payment

APPUPNEXT may require an advance payment before beginning work, reserving development resources, purchasing third-party services, or initiating project setup.

For standard website development projects, the usual advance payment may be 30% of the agreed project price, unless a different amount is specified in the quotation or agreement.

Certain projects, including complex software, specialized business systems, or projects with significant initial costs, may require a different advance payment.

The applicable invoice or written agreement determines the actual amount due.

5. Installment Payments

APPUPNEXT may allow customers to pay in installments for eligible projects.

The installment schedule, amounts, and due dates must be agreed upon before or during the project according to the applicable agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying each installment by its agreed due date.

Where an installment is overdue, APPUPNEXT may pause further development, delivery, deployment, or access to unpaid deliverables where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

APPUPNEXT may accept the following payment methods, subject to availability and the instructions stated on the official payment page or invoice:

  • Bank transfer.

  • Mobile financial services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other supported providers.

  • Merchant payment services.

  • Online payment gateways.

  • QR code payments.

  • Other officially approved payment methods.

Customers should use the payment details provided through APPUPNEXT's official website or an authorized company representative.

Payment methods and provider availability may vary depending on the customer's location and transaction type.

7. Official Payment Instructions

Customers should verify the payment recipient, account details, amount, and payment reference before completing a transaction.

Official payment instructions may be available through:

Payment Page: https://appupnext.com/apn-payment-link

Customers should not send payments to personal accounts or unverified recipients unless the payment arrangement has been explicitly confirmed by an authorized APPUPNEXT representative.

APPUPNEXT will not be responsible for losses caused by payments sent to fraudulent or unauthorized recipients, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Payment Confirmation and Receipts

Customers should provide the relevant transaction ID, payment reference, invoice number, or other required information after making a payment.

Payment confirmation may be subject to verification by APPUPNEXT or the applicable payment provider.

A payment will be treated as received when it has been successfully credited or otherwise confirmed according to the applicable payment arrangement.

Customers should retain their transaction records until the payment has been confirmed.

Where applicable, APPUPNEXT may issue an invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation.

9. Project Commencement

Project development may begin after the required advance payment has been received and the necessary project information has been provided.

Required information may include:

  • Business and contact details.

  • Domain name and hosting information.

  • Website content, images, and branding assets.

  • Feature requirements and design references.

  • Access credentials where necessary and securely provided.

  • Other materials specified in the project agreement.

Delays in payment or the submission of required materials may affect the project timeline.

10. Project Delivery and Final Payment

Project delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope, required materials, technical dependencies, and customer cooperation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must pay the applicable outstanding balance before final handover, production deployment, or release of deliverables where such payment is a contractual condition.

The applicable agreement determines when the customer receives:

  • Final website or software access.

  • Source code and project files.

  • Server or hosting access.

  • Administrative credentials.

  • Domain transfer or related services.

  • Other agreed deliverables.

A payment does not grant rights beyond those provided in the applicable purchase agreement or software license.

11. Additional Work and Scope Changes

Requests that fall outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.

Examples include:

  • New features or modules.

  • Significant design revisions beyond the agreed scope.

  • Additional integrations.

  • Data migration or bulk data entry.

  • Additional websites or installations.

  • Third-party subscriptions or paid licenses.

  • Unplanned server configuration or recovery work.

APPUPNEXT will communicate applicable additional charges and obtain agreement where appropriate before proceeding with chargeable work.

12. Domain and Hosting Charges

Domain registration, hosting, server resources, SSL services, and other infrastructure costs may be included in a package or charged separately.

The quotation or package description will determine:

  • Included service duration.

  • Domain registration or renewal conditions.

  • Hosting duration and resource limits.

  • Server access and source code entitlements.

  • Renewal charges.

  • Responsibility for renewals and service continuity.

Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal dates and applicable charges. Failure to renew a domain or hosting service on time may result in suspension, expiration, or loss of service, subject to the provider's terms.

13. Recurring and Subscription Payments

Subscription-based products and services may require recurring payments according to the selected plan.

Before subscribing, customers should review the applicable billing frequency, price, renewal conditions, included features, and cancellation terms.

Where automatic renewal is enabled, the customer is responsible for managing the subscription according to the relevant service instructions.

A subscription cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a previously paid billing period unless required by law or provided by the applicable terms.

14. Refund Policy

Refund requests are assessed according to the applicable product or service terms, the purchase agreement, and mandatory consumer protection laws.

Because website development and software services may involve reserved resources, completed work, digital delivery, domain registration, hosting, or third-party expenses, refund eligibility may differ by transaction.

A refund may be limited or unavailable where permitted by law, including for:

  • Work already completed and accepted.

  • Services already delivered or consumed.

  • Non-refundable third-party expenses.

  • Domain registrations or renewals that cannot be refunded by the provider.

  • Digital products delivered under applicable non-refundable terms.

  • Customer-requested cancellations after substantial work has been performed.

These conditions do not remove any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To request a refund, customers should contact APPUPNEXT with the invoice number, transaction reference, reason for the request, and relevant supporting information.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to provider limitations and applicable law.

15. Cancellation of Projects

Customers who wish to cancel a project should submit their request in writing through an official communication channel.

The amount payable upon cancellation will depend on the applicable agreement, work already performed, deliverables completed, and third-party commitments incurred.

Any refund of unused amounts will be determined in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

APPUPNEXT may cancel or suspend a project where permitted by the agreement, including in cases of material non-payment, unlawful requests, or failure to provide essential project information after appropriate notice where required.

16. Late or Failed Payments

Customers must ensure that payments are completed by the agreed due dates.

If a payment is delayed, rejected, reversed, or unsuccessful, APPUPNEXT may contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, late or failed payments may result in:

  • Delayed project milestones.

  • Suspension of development or support.

  • Delayed delivery or handover.

  • Suspension of subscription features.

  • Additional charges expressly agreed upon in advance or otherwise lawfully applicable.

APPUPNEXT will not impose charges that are prohibited by applicable law.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact APPUPNEXT to resolve billing errors or payment disputes as soon as reasonably possible.

If a customer believes a transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, the customer may also contact the relevant payment provider in accordance with that provider's procedures.

APPUPNEXT may review transaction records, invoices, delivery evidence, and communications to investigate a dispute.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising their lawful rights to dispute a transaction or report unauthorized payments.

18. Taxes and Currency

Prices will be stated in the currency indicated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or checkout page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and payment-provider fees may be additional where lawfully chargeable and disclosed as required.

International transactions may be subject to exchange-rate differences or fees imposed by the customer's bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for any taxes legally payable by them in connection with a purchase, except where the law requires APPUPNEXT to collect or pay those taxes.

19. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate billing and contact information.

  2. Confirming the payment amount and recipient before transferring funds.

  3. Paying invoices by the agreed due dates.

  4. Keeping transaction records and receipts.

  5. Providing valid project information and required materials.

  6. Reviewing package inclusions, exclusions, and renewal conditions.

  7. Reporting suspected unauthorized transactions promptly.

  8. Ensuring that payment instructions are obtained through authorized channels.

Customers must not use fraudulent payment methods or intentionally submit false payment confirmations.

20. Payment Security and Privacy

APPUPNEXT will handle payment-related information according to its applicable Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.

Customers should avoid sending passwords, full card security codes, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary email or public communication channels.

Payment card details may be processed by third-party payment providers where applicable. Those providers may apply their own privacy, security, and transaction terms.

APPUPNEXT does not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of third-party payment systems.

21. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Where payment obligations remain outstanding, APPUPNEXT may suspend the relevant service, delay delivery, or restrict access to unpaid deliverables where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Before taking such action, APPUPNEXT may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the outstanding payment where required by the agreement or applicable law.

Service restoration may depend on payment verification and any applicable reinstatement conditions.

Any suspension or termination must remain subject to the customer's contractual and statutory rights.

22. Changes to Pricing and Payment Terms

APPUPNEXT may update prices, package rates, or payment terms for future purchases.

Changes will not automatically alter a confirmed project's agreed price unless the applicable agreement permits the adjustment or the parties agree to the change.

Additional work, scope changes, renewals, and new purchases may be charged at the rates communicated at the relevant time.

23. Policy Updates

APPUPNEXT may revise this Payment Policy to reflect changes in its payment methods, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published or communicated through appropriate channels.

The applicable purchase agreement and mandatory law will determine how policy changes affect existing transactions.

Customers should review this policy periodically before making new purchases.
